We’ve seen some wet weather recently and hopefully we’ll see some more sunshine as we approach Easter. Talking of Easter, I would urge everyone to place their orders as soon as possible just in case some cuts sell out - especially any Lamb or Turkeys.

Beef tends to be a fair bit easier as we have a surplus of most cuts ageing in our dry-age chamber room. Our Easter chocolate selection is also selling well, I bet all the dentists have good trade around the country post Easter.
