Refund policy

If you have any issues with your order please contact orders@lidgates.com within 24 hours.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If there is an issue with the quality of a perishable item please freeze the product as we may organise collection for laboratory testing. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as fresh food) and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

In peak periods (such as Christmas and Easter) orders can not be changed or cancelled after our advertised cut-off date.
