Shoulder of Lamb (1.7-2kg)


Our lamb is sourced from trusted farms and estates to ensure the best quality meat. 

Whole shoulder of lamb prepared in the traditional way. A whole shoulder will feed approximately 4 people. 

Approximate weight 2.0kg (Minimum pack weight 1.7kg)


To Roast: Pre-heat oven to 190ºC, place in baking tray and cook for the following times:

Rare, 15 min per 450g + 15 min

Med, 20 min per 450g + 20 min

Well Done 25 min per 450g + 25 min

Remember to rest for at least 10 minutes before carving
