Danny's Days - 30th January 2023

If you were lucky enough to visit the store on Saturday you might have had the opportunity to try some new Iberico Pork products we are trialling. These cuts are only available in store at the moment. 

This week we welcome back to Lidgates a sausage maker from our past. Mirko has been off for the last couple of years gaining new experience. Look out for some interesting new sausage ideas that we are experimenting with. 

Finally, just a reminder for your calendar that Valentine’s Day is just over two weeks away. We do recommend pre-ordering our Valentine's Boeuf en Croute.
