This week the weather forecast is now looking a lot better than last week. Let's hope summer has now really begun so we can fire up the bbq.

I hope everyone enjoyed Father's Day yesterday. We certainly sold a lot of steak so I’m sure all the fathers had a great day.

We had a busy week, including a visit from a group of Chinese butchers on Wednesday. They loved our homemade pies and sausage rolls. We do really enjoy showing people around our shop and preparation areas.
