This week is the week of Burns night. As a non-Scotsman I sometimes get asked by customers why celebrate this Haggis championing day? My response has always been, and will always be, ‘why not’?

Once the joys of Christmas and New year celebrations are over I think it’s great to start the new year with something to look forward to and Burns Night is the perfect thing.

Anyway for those celebrating I hope you have a wonderful night, and for those not celebrating why not try it once and see how it goes?
