Danny's Days - 10th October 2022

This week we have quite a few updates. We had a great Saturday as we had a lovely day with Maureen from Nonya Secrets, giving tastings to customers and passers-by.  It was a beautiful sunny afternoon in Holland Park Avenue to make things better.

This morning we received the first of our award winning Shetland Lamb which comes from Uradale Farm - winner of Sustainable Farm of the Year. These are always very popular and only have a 6-8 week season.

This week we will have the first of this year's Pheasants. A few eager customers have been asking already and beautiful fresh birds will be available from first thing Thursday morning.

This morning we were delighted to receive some awards for our products at the Meant Management Industry Awards 2022. Our Game Pie and Chicken Ballotine with Caramelised Onion Sausage Stuffing were Highly Commended. These products were developed and created by members of the Lidgates team and I'm very much looking forward to presenting them each with these awards.
