Danny's Days - 20th March 2023
This week John has put up our EASTER decorations, we have Spring Lamb on the horizon and we are all ready for a nice sunny spring. We are pleased to announce one of our pies won an award in last weeks British Pie Awards, the lucky pie was the CHICKEN, PRESERVED LEMON & OLIVES PIE. It was the highest awarded pie in the whole of greater London. A big well done to our kitchen team.
We also await the results of the prestigious Smithfield awards which will be presented next month at a lunch in Butchers Hall.
Last week we were very busy making our special PORK & GUINNESS SAUSAGES for St. Patricks day and there is still a few days left on that OFFER. This week we are working towards the launch of a new product and something the whole team have enjoyed tasting. I’m very much looking forward to seeing how this dish goes.
