Where:  39 Foubert’s Place, W1F 7QQ

With the tagline: ‘Burgers worth gathering for,’ this already popular spot in Borough, famous for out-of-this-world smash burgers is bringing high-quality ingredients and an obsessive attention to detail to Soho. Led by Jordan Bailey, the two-Michelin-starred chef, this restaurant is big on expertise and strong relationships with top suppliers, creating burgers that are simple yet mighty. Their philosophy focuses on ethically and locally sourced produce, choosing British beef that comes from a cooperative of regenerative farms and is aged for a minimum of 35 days. Menu highlights include the Truffle Shuffle (Italian black truffle mayo and balsamic pickled red onions), The Heard (with Jalapeño hot honey, white onion, secret sauce, and pickles), the Wild Umami (a spiced black bean and wild mushroom patty, cheddar, kimchi, and green leaves), and an Ice Cream Sandwich with sea salt brownie cookies, yoghurt ice cream, and crushed raspberries. Their menu expertly pairs each food item with its perfect beer or wine and this new venture will be a great place to enjoy a pre- or post-dinner cocktail as there’s an intimate bar downstairs.
