Danny's Days - 2nd February 2026
This week February is upon us. It's an unusual month for the Lidgate team - we have two busy weeks and then two quieter weeks while many tend to hit the ski slopes over the school half term break. Thankfully, Valentine's Day brings a bit of excitement to the month.
Although restaurants will be packed out and over subscribed, many decide to show their love and affection to their special ones with a homecooked meal from the heart. Our Valentine's Boeuf en Croute, Cote de Boeuf and steaks are firm favourites. Let’s hope the rain eases up a bit for some romantic strolls around Holland Park and other Kensington and Chelsea attractions.

- March 7: National Cereal Day – not for me, prefer eggs and bacon
- March 9: National Meatball Day – yes please, love, love, love meatballs
- March 14: Pi Day (Pie Day) – The day to celebrate the great pie.
