Danny's Days - 13th October 2025

This week we are in full scale seasonality mode. We are enjoying the Pheasants, Partridge, the last few Grouse, Shetland Lamb arriving soon and even new lines of autumnal jars and condiments. Can you believe it, we even taken few Christmas orders. Where is 2025 going?

Last weekend I took part in a leafletting expedition in Hammersmith and Fulham to spread awareness of changes to Holland Park Roundabout and Shepherds bush Roundabout. This is an issue that keeps arising in different forms.

To simplify:

H&F Council control both roundabouts. TfL want to make changes which RBKC Council, Most RBKC Residents, Most Holland Park Businesses oppose. There is now an alternative proposal RBKC & H&F residents are putting forward. https://sos10.co.uk/alternative-cycleway/

All our previous campaigning has been successful. HOWEVER, we are trying to raise awareness with H&F residents and businesses. Most people have no idea what is coming. Local RBKC councillors (especially Cllr Stephanie Petit from Norland Ward) have been prodigious in assisting the resident lead  https://sos10.co.uk/ group spread the word to neighbouring Shepherd Bush and Brook Green areas that will be dramatically hit with this obvious congestion and increased pollution. If you know anyone in these areas, please encourage them to sign this new apolitical petition. I know many people have already written letters to our MP and RBKC (which have been successful), but now we need to take the campaign wider.
