Yumm Singa Laksa Curry Sauce 175g

This Laksa Curry Sauce is inspired by Singapore's Katong Laksa noodle soup dish. The classic aromatics of ginger, garlic and lemongrass uplift its creamy coconut base, and a warm heat and savoury aftaste follows at the end from the turmeric, seaweed powder, white pepper and chillies.

Used on its own, it makes a convenient meat or vegetable curry. For noodle soup, add chicken stock to taste and your favourite noodle ingredients!
