Tri-tip Beef & Marrow Burger

These rich and tasty burgers are made using tri-tip meat (rump tail) from our 35 day dry aged beef rump with added bone marrow taken from the shin bone, mixed together and hand pressed into patties. 

Pack of 2 180g burgers +/- 10%. 

Best seasoned as it is being cooked.
