Shetland Lamb Leg 1.4kg

Our Shetland lamb leg comes from purebred native Shetland sheep, a naturally smaller breed. Their diet of grass, heather and seaweed foraged along the shore gives the meat its distinctive sweetness.

Make it the centrepiece of a Sunday roast with rosemary and garlic. Rest before carving, then serve with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and the roasting juices. A spoonful of mint sauce makes a classic finishing touch.
