Shetland Lamb Cutlets 260g

Our Shetland lamb cutlets come from purebred native Shetland sheep, a naturally smaller breed. Grazing on grass and heather, and foraging for seaweed along the shore, gives their meat its distinctive sweetness.

Each pack contains four 65g cutlets. Try pan-frying or grilling with rosemary and garlic, then serve with seasonal vegetables for a simple supper that lets the lamb’s flavour shine.
