Our lamb is sourced from trusted farms and estates to ensure the best quality meat. 

Free-range grass fed french trimmed rack of lamb, either as a whole or a mini rack.

Whole Rack is for 2-3 people as a guide. Approx. 700g and is 7-8 bones
(Minimum rack weight 680g)

Mini Rack is for 1-2 people as a guide. Approx. 350g and is 3-4 bones
(Minimum rack weight 330g)
