Ortiz Sardines in Olive Oil

Ortiz sardines in olive oil are sourced from auction houses, known as lonjas, along Spain’s north coast. Prepared using traditional methods, each sardine is carefully hand-packed, one by one, in olive oil.

Serve on toasted sourdough with a squeeze of lemon and cracked black pepper, or add to a tomato and parsley salad for a simple lunch. Choose from a 140g tin or a 190g jar.
