To celebrate our 175th anniversary we have looked to the past and re-created one of our heritage sausages for the 21st century.

Rare-breed pork shoulder & belly is blended with herbs, mild seasoning and cider resulting in a traditional tasting sausage that is full of flavour. 

This is a versatile sausage - equally good at breakfast as it is on the BBQ.
