Goodmans Free Range Goose Fat 225g

Pure goose fat from the Goodman family's slow-reared, traditional free-range geese, farmed in the heart of Worcestershire.

A good choice for crisp, golden roast potatoes, with plenty of flavour. Use it for roasting parsnips and meats too, whether you're preparing a Sunday roast or a festive feast.
