Description
Made fresh daily in our own kitchen using grass fed beef fillet.
Our pan-seared Scottish Highland Fillet of Beef with a coating of chicken liver pate and sautéed mushrooms, all encased in puff pastry. Similar to Beef Wellington.

Small Pies (portion sizes 1 - 2) can be delivered nationwide.
Large Pies (portion sizes 4 - 16) come in ceramic dishes and can be delivered to the following postcodes only:

Cooking Instructions
(Pre heat oven 190°C/375°F or gas mark 5)
2-4 portions: Cook for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
6-8 portions: Cook for 50-55 minutes until golden brown
8-10 portions: Cook for 60-65 minutes until golden brown
This will result in the fillet being cooked pink to rare.
For well done, cover the pastry after browning and cook for a further 15 minutes.
