To celebrate our 175th anniversary we have gone back to our recipe archive for inspiration and 'rediscovered' this classic pie. Free range chicken, leeks and tarragon cooked to perfection in a rich, creamy sauce. This is a hearty and comforting pie that makes a lovely meal for one or an impressive centrepiece in our large sizes.

4 portion 60 mins
6 portion 80 mins
8-10-12 portions 90 mins
14-16 portions 105 mins
Cook until golden brown thoroughly hot right through.
