Made fresh daily in our own kitchen. Venison, pheasant and partridge (depending on season) in a red wine sauce.

1-2 portions 45 mins
4 portion 60 mins
6 portion 80 mins
8-10-12 portions 90 mins
14-16 portions 105 mins
Cook until golden brown thoroughly hot right through.
