‘Nduja is a soft italian style spreadable salami. It’s spicy and peppery, but has a smokey sweetness. It's full of Calabrian chilli peppers, smoked paprika, black pepper and subtle hints of garlic.

Use it on pizzas and flatbreads, stir it through a risotto or make the ultimate grill cheese sandwich.

Made using Corndale Farm's own free range pork, pork fat and the finest calabrian chillis for that authentic taste. Expertly fermented and matured for depth of flavour.
