Traditional Ham
Made from British outdoor-bred pork, this ham is prepared using the traditional Wiltshire cure for a tender texture and mild, balanced flavour. Whole pork legs spend nearly a week in brine before being rested to mature. Demerara sugar adds a gentle sweetness that complements the savoury character of the pork.
Fully cooked and boneless for easy carving, it makes a fine centrepiece for the Christmas table. We leave it unglazed so you can serve it plain or add your own finish, from honey and mustard to spiced marmalade or a golden breadcrumb crust.
