Single Pack of 1 x 200g steak (minimum pack weight 190g)

Packs of 2 x 200g steaks (minimum pack weight 390g)

COOKING ADIVCE

Preheat the pan/griddle and cook according to taste for the following times:

Rare: 1 ½ min each side, rest for 7 min

Medium: 3 min each side, rest 4 min

Well done: 4-4 ½ min each side, rest for 1 min
