Fromage de Meaux (200g)

A pasteurised brie from our esteemed Brie de Meaux supplier Rouzaire. This cheese has a balanced appearance and aroma and a rind that looks like white velvet. The interior paste is light gold straw colour which becomes softer over time as the cheese ripens under the rind.

The flavour characteristics of Fromage de Meaux are rich, buttery and smooth and fill the palate in a balanced, creamy way. This cheese features the mushroom and truffle flavours you'd expect from a French brie.
