Weezie's

When: Opened 10th April 2026

Where: 15 Eccleston Yards, SW1W 9AZ

Book: https://www.weezieslondon.com

When it’s summer in London, there are not many better things to do then kick back eating a perfectly cooked pizza with your friends or having a cheeky glass of wine outside. Luckily for you, this new London restaurant, Weezie’s, brings those two things together.

From restaurateurs Abbie Roden and Will Sandbach, Weezie’s gets its name from Abbie’s grandmother, affectionately nicknamed Weezie. The two founders aim to bring the warmth of home cooking with a lively metropolitan atmosphere, creating one of the foodie hotspots of the summer. Next door to Aime’s Wine Studio, the two combine to create a perfectly curated dining experience where the wine pairing is key to getting the most out of the menu.

We would suggest, maybe a lightly spiced pepperoni with Curing Rebels pepperoni and teardrop peppers to go with the organic spritz of a Vinho Verde. The loaded crisps with aged ham and cornichons would also be a nice side addition. The white base Labneh pizza with smoked pickle dressing and chives might be best paired with their Chardonnay, as the textures will complement each other perfectly. Finally, the Sobrasada pizza, which contains Curing Rebels sobrasada with charred sweetcorn cream and a hot honey drizzle, would pair very well with the well-rounded Aime Carignan red wine.

Foda is a new pop-up restaurant whose chefs have cooked in some of the most famous spots around the world. They have now found themselves popping up around London, serving seasonal menus focused on high quality ingredients and influenced by Chinese, German and Iranian cuisine. They have found a temporary home at Pasero, a homely coffee, wine and plates café located in Tottenham. A signature dish you might want to try is the prawn tartare with pickles, wasabi mayo and prawn crackers, but they are only there until the end of the week, so go as soon as you can.
