Hell’s Kitchen – The Cumberland Hotel

When: Opened April 2nd 2026

Where: The Cumberland Hotel, W1H 7DL

Book: https://hells-kitchen.thecumberland.com/

Gordon Ramsay is here with a new restaurant, and this one promises to have all the theatrics you would expect and more. This is the UK’s first Hell’s Kitchen and, with its open kitchen space, they promise that it is truly a “theatrical experience”. The bad language, loud voices, and rising heat are all to be expected, but the real question is: is the food any good?

With a collection of Ramsay classics and typical Sunday roast, these are the British dishes you’d expect from a restaurant at the Cumberland Hotel near Marble Arch. The Beef Wellington is a classic, served with a delightful potato purée, glazed root vegetables, and red-wine demi-glace. The Lobster Risotto is also hard to ignore, served with a saffron broth and tomato soffritto. The Wagyu Tomahawk is perfect for sharing, served with truffle jus, garlic butter, and fries; you certainly can’t go wrong with it.

A menu which can cater to customers with a fancier taste, and families with kids as well, Ramsay’s new spot is certainly worth a fun visit.
