Cooper’s Cut – The Four Seasons
Opened: March 2nd, 2026
Where: The Four Seasons Hotel, 10 Trinity Square
Book: https://www.cooperscutlondon.com
This new steak restaurant understands the importance of doing one thing brilliantly rather than many things okay. Allow me to introduce The Four Seasons’ new restaurant: Cooper’s Cut.
For starters, you might want to hold back on going for the richer meats and begin with seafood. They have gorgeous and succulent Gillardeau oysters or you might prefer the vegetarian option: Heritage Boltardy beetroot with English mustard, cheese curds and cider vinegar.
Now for the cuts on offer: The classic British ribeye is a real crowd pleaser for sharing. While the Wagyu fillet from Gunma, is an excellent speciality and unsurprisingly delicious or there is the Iberico Duroc pork chop from Shropshire, which might be more your style.
Often what separates the good from the great, when it comes to your typical steakhouse, is its carefully tailored wine list. Which, at Cooper’s Cut has been designed to complement each cut perfectly. So, I’d suggest going through the list for your evening refreshments. But, if that doesn’t take your fancy, you might like to book in for their Three Martini Midday Menu, a set three martini course created to accompany your meal.

Farrago – House Parties
A classic house party featuring some of London’s best new musical artists has just arrived in Shoreditch. While dancing, drinking and playing games might feel like a thing of the past, or a glimpse into simpler times, the team at Farrago have created a social night out that won’t cost you much. Food from Mama Ky’s Home Cooked Caribbean Food will also be on offer, along with live painting if you’re in the mood for a more relaxed evening. If you’re interested, you can book here for this Saturday!
