Stinking Bishop (200g)

This cheese dates back to the Cistercian Monks who once settled in Dymock, where the cheese is now made by Charles Martell. Washed in fermented pear juice the rind develops a smelly, pungent, orange sticky rind, which isn't reflective of its subtle flavour.
