Emble Farm Beef

Emble Farm sits on the Northumberland Coast, where farmer Guy Douglas raises cattle on a strict diet of homegrown, farm-grown feed — no processed food, ever. Bought as yearlings in Scotland and brought down to the coast in the long tradition of the region, these animals grow slowly and naturally, producing beef that is melt-in-the-mouth tender and full of flavour.

The farm operates fully regeneratively, prioritising soil biology over chemistry — minimising sprays, fertilisers, and soil disturbance, while maximising biodiversity through hedgerow planting, nature-friendly strips, and fermentation-based manure management.

The results speak for themselves: the Rib Eye has been awarded 3 Gold Stars at the 2026 Great Taste Awards.
