Filotea Reginette Pasta 500g
A special cut of pasta from Naples. Reginette or Mafaldine, they owe their name to the queen Mafalda, to which the Neapolitans dedicated this pasta.
Filotea pasta is dried very slowly at a low temperature. This special drying process gives pasta an authentic homemade flavour.
