Capreolus Rampisham Tingler Salami 80g

Inspired by the flavours of Italy Capreolus blend free range pork with salt, sweet wine, fennel and a hint of chilli. It has a natural beef casings before being fermented and air-dried. The fennel comes through first and is followed by a tingle from the chilli at the end; it makes an excellent snack on its own or can be enjoyed as part of a charcuterie platter. Try with a 'Big' red wine or a West Country Cider, some olives and crusty bread.
