Description
Our lamb is currently being sourced from Blenheim Palace Estate. The sheep are raised entirely on grass, keeping them as naturally healthy and organic as possible. The breeds kept on the Estate are Scotch Mule, Charollais, Romney and Poll Dorset. These lambs will only be avaialable for a few short weeks from late August.
Free-range grass fed french trimmed rack of lamb, either as a whole or a mini rack.
A whole rack will feed 2-3 people 700g (Minimum rack weight 680g)
A mini rack will feed 1-2 people 350g (Minimum rack weight 330g)
